The programme is ideal for children to start at 4 or 5 years old (in some cases younger) learning the first stages of adaptation to the water. We find that because the pools are small, shallow and warm, children feel empowered and safe and gain confidence more quickly than in a large conventional pool.
When stroke learning first begins children practice the legkicks in a gentle 'stream' and gain an understanding of body position and propulsion before moving on to full stroke swimming.

Competitive/ Club Swimmers
Competitive/ Club swimmers – having your strokes filmed underwater (and burned to DVD) and analysed in detail is hugely beneficial for improving stroke effectiveness. We have helped club swimmers lower their PB’s and in some cases gain National Qualifying times for their age group.
1 to 1 is £32 for half an hour with a DVD, analysis and corrective drills.
A group of 6 is £20 each for an hour and £25 with the DVD, analysis and drills.
